A family run pub dating from the 15th Century - Now Under New Ownership

Whiddon Down  is the gateway to Dartmoor, in fact we are the closest public house to  Dartmoor National park . We serve Fine westcountry ales ( Tribute and Dartmoor)  and cider ( Thatchers)      

We pride ourselves in serving local produce when ever possible.    

Good homemade traditional and  world dishes served daily from 12 - 3 pm & 6 - 9pm   ( Winter hours may change )

Open every day from 11am until 11pm.
